IPAC Readiness
Review & Setup

One-time service · Onsite visit included

Keep your infection prevention and control (IPAC) documentation organized, address identified gaps and give your team a practical system to maintain.

01 / REVIEW

Understand your starting point

Review existing policies, logs, checklists and records to identify missing, outdated or inconsistent documentation within the agreed scope.

02 / WALK THROUGH

See how the office works

Walk through existing IPAC routines with staff, connect documentation to day-to-day work and record potential workflow and organization gaps.

03 / PRIORITIZE

Turn findings into actions

Provide documented findings and a prioritized action list, with responsibilities and issues requiring review by the responsible dentist or an appropriate provider.

04 / ORGANIZE

Update the IPAC binder

Update and organize agreed policies, logs and checklists, including missing documents within scope. Index manufacturers' instructions for use (MIFUs) and safety data sheets (SDS/WHMIS resources), as agreed, for practice review and approval.

05 / IMPLEMENT

Support agreed improvements

Help implement approved changes to documentation, work-area organization and workflow. Recommendations are informed by applicable guidance and manufacturers' instructions and reviewed with the designated IPAC lead and responsible dentist.

06 / HAND OVER

Make upkeep manageable

Hand over an organized document register and action plan, with assigned responsibilities and review dates so the office can maintain its systems after the project.

Practical support, with a clear handover.

The proposal defines the documents, areas and implementation work included. The office reviews and approves its policies and remains responsible for maintaining its IPAC program.

Discuss IPAC Readiness
Scope and responsibility

This is documentation and operational readiness support, not a regulatory inspection or approval. It does not certify compliance, guarantee inspection or audit outcomes, or provide formal IPAC education, continuing-education credits or certification. Practical workflow orientation does not replace required staff education or competency assessment. IPAC implementation and oversight remain with the responsible dentist and practice team. Technical equipment testing, validation and repair require appropriate qualified providers.

02 / ORGANIZE

Improve clinical spaces

Optimize operatory, sterilization and storage organization, with clearer locations, labels and practical arrangements based on client-approved procedures and applicable manufacturers' instructions.

03 / RESTOCK

Make inventory manageable

Develop or refine inventory registers, stocking locations, proposed minimum and par levels, reorder processes and assigned restocking responsibilities.

04 / DOCUMENT

Organize reference resources

Organize agreed manufacturers' instructions for use (MIFUs), safety data sheets (SDS/WHMIS resources), checklists and reference materials. IPAC readiness work is available through the defined package above or an expressly agreed combined scope.

05 / IMPLEMENT

Work alongside the team to implement agreed systems and provide practical workflow orientation, with handover notes and named responsibilities.

06 / REFINE

Review what is working

Include practical follow-up and refinement where specified in the proposal, using team feedback to adjust the systems already implemented.

Focused support or a combined project.

Your proposal defines the areas, visits, deliverables, team sessions and any follow-up included. Supplies and organization products are purchased separately by the client.

Discuss Practice Optimization

This service supports operational organization and implementation. It does not provide clinical competency certification, formal IPAC education or certification, regulatory approval, or technical equipment testing, validation or repair. The responsible dentist and practice team review and approve changes and retain responsibility for clinical care and the practice's IPAC program.
